2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your drinkware products safe and high-quality? Yes! We use food-grade 18/8 stainless steel (double-wall vacuum insulated), BPA-free lids/straws, and lead-free ceramic where applicable. All products are designed for safe daily use, excellent hot/cold retention (up to 24 hours cold, 12 hours hot), and long-lasting performance.

7. How do I care for my Dartmouthindoortennis drinkware? Stainless steel tumblers/bottles: Hand-wash recommended (avoid dishwasher for lids with electronics); use mild soap. Ceramic mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe (check label). Avoid extreme temperature shocks, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
